A medida que el a\u00f1o va acabando, y se acerca el <strong>invierno<\/strong>, las horas de sol se acortan y las bajas temperaturas traen consigo un repunte de<strong> resfriados<\/strong>, o incluso la <strong>gripe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el inicio de la pandemia de <strong><a class=\"enlace-texto\" href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/COVID-19\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/COVID-19\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">COVID-19<\/a><\/strong>, las autoridades sanitarias han insistido mucho en el practicar una correcta <strong>higiene de manos<\/strong> para evitar la transmisi\u00f3n y el contagio del nuevo <strong>coronavirus<\/strong>. Pero tambi\u00e9n esto es importante para evitar la aparici\u00f3n de enfermedades o trastornos en la <strong>piel<\/strong>. Esta se reseca, se vuelve m\u00e1s <strong>r\u00edgida y rugosa<\/strong>, perdiendo con ello parte de su capacidad el\u00e1stica y minimizando su <strong>funci\u00f3n protectora<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, el fr\u00edo puede ocasionar <strong>descamaciones<\/strong>, problemas de <strong>prurito<\/strong> (comez\u00f3n), <strong>gritas o fisuras<\/strong>. Los ancianos, al tener una piel m\u00e1s fina y delicada, <strong>sufren m\u00e1s<\/strong> estas consecuencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuidados para la piel de personas mayores<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Llevar a cabo un correcto cuidado de la piel en oto\u00f1o no es complicado. Con una serie de <strong>consejos<\/strong> de f\u00e1cil aplicaci\u00f3n, realizar una higiene cut\u00e1nea apropiada es posible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En <strong>primer lugar<\/strong>, hay que tener en cuenta que el cuerpo de las personas mayores necesita estar <a class=\"enlace-texto\" href=\"https:\/\/andalbrok.es\/tudependencia\/deshidratacion-en-personas-mayores\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1847\"><strong>hidratado<\/strong> adecuadamente<\/a>, ya que la sensaci\u00f3n de sed va reduci\u00e9ndose con el paso del tiempo. Beber agua es <strong>fundamental<\/strong> para mantener la piel sana en oto\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La higiene diaria que debemos procurar hacer basta con lavarnos la piel con<strong> agua no muy caliente<\/strong>, ya que esta puede da\u00f1ar la epidermis, e incluso causar quemaduras leves, de excederse en varios grados de temperatura. Lo ideal son unos<strong> 37 o 38 \u00baC.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La aplicaci\u00f3n de <strong>cremas hidratantes<\/strong> asegurar\u00e1 que la piel se mantenga en correctas condiciones.
