Los especialistas m\u00e9dicos recomiendan descansar y reposar entre unas <strong>seis y ocho horas<\/strong> diarias, el tiempo m\u00ednimo para que podemos poder llevar a cabo un <strong>correcto funcionamiento<\/strong> diario. Sin embargo, dormir adecuadamente es a\u00fan una <strong>asignatura pendiente<\/strong> para muchas personas. El ajetreado ritmo de vida actual, unido a un elevado nivel de estr\u00e9s o un r\u00e9gimen alimenticio incorrecto pueden ocasionar que suframos en ocasiones <strong>insomnio<\/strong>. Los resultados de la misma reportaron que un <strong>36,5 por ciento<\/strong>&nbsp;de las personas participantes ten\u00edan un <strong>peor rendimiento cognitivo<\/strong> y hab\u00edan experimentado cambios en su estructura cerebral. Dichas personas manifestaron una perdida de volumen en algunas zonas del cerebro y una mayor acumulaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<b>prote\u00edna beta-amiloide<\/b> en la corteza cerebral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Padecer Alzheimer: La beta-amiloide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La beta-amiloide es una sustancia normal que se produce como desecho de la actividad cotidiana del cerebro. Sin embargo, <strong>debe eliminarse,<\/strong> algo que se produce durante el sue\u00f1o. Si una persona sufre insomnio,&nbsp; su cerebro sigue produciendo esta prote\u00edna durante toda la noche. Lo cual, puede derivar en la formaci\u00f3n de &#8216;placas proteicas&#8217;, unas acumulaciones que da\u00f1an seriamente las neuronas y originan el Alzheimer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los cient\u00edficos afirman que<strong> continuar con las investigaciones<\/strong> en este campo es <strong>fundamental<\/strong> para comprender mejor la enfermedad, la cual es actualmente <a class=\"enlace-texto\" href=\"https:\/\/andalbrok.es\/tudependencia\/alzheimer-causa-de-dependencia\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1818\">principal causa de <strong>dependencia<\/strong> en nuestro pa\u00eds<\/a>,&nbsp; y con todo ello, ayudar a descubrir <strong>nuevos tratamientos&nbsp;<\/strong>y formas de combatir el Alzheimer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El imsonio puede ser una causa que potencia el riesgo de padecer Alzheimer.
